I am Level 4 trained in massage, specialising in Ayurvedic Yoga Massage, blending deep tissue techniques with assisted yoga stretches and conscious breathwork. Each session is intuitively tailored to your body’s needs — whether you require strong, grounding pressure to release stored tension, or a softer, nurturing touch to restore balance.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, crystal practitioner, and certified Yoga Teacher, I offer a truly holistic approach to wellbeing — working with body, energy, and breath as one integrated system.

But beyond qualifications, my healing journey began through my own experiences of trauma, addiction, and escape. The very modalities I now offer were instrumental in my personal transformation. They supported me in reconnecting to my body, finding stillness in chaos, and rediscovering a sense of peace within.

In today’s fast-paced world — where we are either constantly stimulated or emotionally withdrawn — self-discovery is not a luxury; it is essential. My intention is to hold a safe, grounded space for you to slow down, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect to yourself.

Massage Therapy

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage (AYM)

A deeply nurturing, floor-based treatment that weaves together rhythmic massage, supported yoga stretches, and conscious breath.

Using warm Ayurvedic oils and traditional herbal powders, this therapy works both gently and effectively to ease muscular tension, encourage natural alignment, and restore a sense of flow within the body. While it can reach areas of deeper-held tension when needed, it is equally a profoundly relaxing and grounding experience — helping you reconnect with yourself in a safe and supported way.

Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is especially supportive for back discomfort, postural imbalance, stiffness, or for those wishing to complement their yoga or movement practice. Above all, it is an invitation to soften, release, and return to your natural balance.


Restorative Calm Massage

A soothing, slow-flowing massage performed on a comfortable treatment bed, using warm oils and gentle, rhythmic strokes.

This deeply calming therapy is designed to quiet the nervous system, melt away stress, and invite a state of profound rest. Perfect for those feeling overwhelmed, overstimulated, or simply in need of nurturing care, it offers the body and mind permission to fully unwind.

Combination Therapies

For a truly holistic experience, combination treatments are also available.

You may choose to begin your session with a personalised yoga practice — particularly Yin Yoga, a gentle and meditative practice centred around softening, surrendering, and letting go — before flowing into your massage treatment.

Alternatively, your massage can be followed by Reiki healing or Crystal Therapy, allowing the bodywork to integrate on a deeper energetic level and supporting a lasting sense of balance and harmony.

Reiki Training – Level I & Level II

For those feeling called to deepen their own healing journey or to share Reiki with others, I offer Reiki Level I and Reiki Level II training.

Reiki I is a gentle yet powerful initiation into self-healing and energy awareness, giving you the tools to support yourself, loved ones, and your immediate environment.

Reiki II deepens your connection, expanding your understanding of energy, intention, and distance healing, and supporting those who feel guided to work more professionally or intuitively with others.

Training is offered at both locations, with the Norfolk venue providing the option of overnight accommodation. This allows for a more spacious, retreat-style experience — giving you time to integrate, reflect, and fully immerse yourself in the teachings without the rush of everyday life.
