These 1:1 sessions are thoughtfully created around your individual needs, energy, and intentions. Rooted in the deeper philosophy of yoga — where body, mind, and spirit are honoured as one — each practice becomes a space for healing, growth, and conscious awareness.

Two Pathways Within Your Practice

 

Dynamic / Hatha-Based Yoga

This style focuses on mindful movement linked with breath. Postures are gently sequenced to build strength, improve flexibility, and support alignment while cultivating steady focus.

The emphasis is not on performance, but on embodied awareness — moving in a way that feels supportive, sustainable, and connected.

This approach can:

Yin Yoga – The Practice of Letting Go

Yin Yoga offers something beautifully different.

Rather than flowing between postures, Yin invites you to slow down and remain in gentle, supported poses for longer periods of time. This allows the deeper connective tissues of the body to soften gradually, while also creating space for emotional release and nervous system regulation.

Where more dynamic practices cultivate strength and energy, Yin cultivates surrender and stillness.

It is a meditative, introspective practice — one that teaches patience, presence, and acceptance. Particularly supportive in today’s overstimulated world, Yin encourages you to soften the layers of holding and reconnect with quiet awareness.

What a 60-Minute Session May Include

Each session flows intuitively, guided by what you need on the day.

We begin with grounding breathwork and intention setting, creating a conscious transition from daily life into practice.

From there, your session may move through mindful strengthening sequences, restorative postures, or a deeply nourishing Yin practice — or a blend of both.

We always close with guided relaxation and integration, allowing the body and mind to fully absorb the experience.


Yoga here is not about pushing.
It is about listening.

It is a practice of awareness — cultivating balance not only in the body, but in how you respond to life.

Whether through dynamic movement or the quiet depth of Yin, each session is a sacred space to reconnect with yourself and nurture peace from within.

In addition to personalised 1:1 sessions, I also offer small, heart-led yoga classes, creating a supportive space to practise in community.
