We gather for an opening circle, creating space to connect, share intentions, and ground ourselves for the experience ahead. This gentle beginning sets the tone for a retreat that is both supportive and deeply personal.

After settling into your accommodation, you’ll enjoy a nourishing lunch before moving into your first deeply restorative experience — a two-hour personalised massage treatment. The afternoon allows space for quiet reflection, journaling, or simply resting.

As evening approaches, we come together for a slow, restorative Yin yoga session, encouraging the body to soften and the mind to unwind. An optional guided meditation before bed supports deep, restful sleep.
