Through restorative yoga, pranayama breathwork, Ayurvedic yoga massage, Reiki healing, mindful discussion, and nourishing food, guests are gently guided inward, away from survival mode and toward awareness, grounding, and self-compassion.

This is not a clinical recovery programme. Instead, it is a holistic healing experience designed to help guests slow down, reconnect with their bodies, process emotions safely, and leave with practical tools for everyday wellbeing.

Guests will experience deep rest, therapeutic touch, mindful practices, and supportive guidance in a peaceful cabin setting surrounded by nature.

Set in the tranquil Hertfordshire countryside, the accommodation is a luxury retreat cabin designed for comfort, rest, and privacy. Each guest is welcomed into a beautifully styled space featuring a serene double bedroom, a modern private bathroom, and a fully equipped, elegant kitchen.

Natural light fills the cabin throughout the day, creating a calm and grounding atmosphere ideal for rest and reflection. The interiors are thoughtfully designed with soft, neutral tones and natural textures to support a sense of ease and relaxation.

Guests also have access to a private outdoor area — a peaceful space to sit, breathe, journal, or simply enjoy the surrounding nature in stillness. This is a place to slow down completely, reconnect with yourself, and experience deep rest in a safe and nurturing environment.

The treatment cabins are designed as serene healing spaces, offering privacy, warmth, and a deeply grounding atmosphere. Tucked away from noise and distraction, they provide the perfect environment for massage, Reiki, yoga, and holistic therapies.
