What’s Included in a 60-Minute Session:

1. Grounding & Intention Setting (5–10 minutes)

Gentle check-in, mindful breathing (Pranayama), and intention setting to create focus and presence.



2. Asana Practice (30–35 minutes)

A flow tailored to your goals—whether strength, flexibility, balance, or healing.

Includes warming up, targeted poses, alignment cues, and mindful transitions.

Ends with gentle movements or restorative postures to cool down.



3. Guided Relaxation & Meditation (5–10 minutes)

Deep rest in Savasana with guided body awareness or visualization.

Option to conclude with a short seated meditation.



4. Reflection & Integration (5 minutes)

Post-session reflection and simple practices (pose, breath, or mindset) to take with you into daily life.
